We will do our best to get this stock online as soon as possible but typically it sells out pretty quickly (half of the 3" x 3" stock in this picture has already sold).

Exotic wood earrings by Melvin Bitsui...
Longtime customer Melvin Bitsui dropped by the shop to show us some of his latest creations.All the earrings are made from left over material from his other wood projects. He loves working with high-end species such as Black and White Ebony and Snakewood so it's important that none of it goes to waste. Any remaining scraps are perfect for his smaller pieces such as these custom earrings.
Melvin also makes neat exotic wood Native American rattles.

Black & White Ebony
We decided to clean up some of our Black and White Ebony turning squares and...
Oh! What a difference it makes!
Here is the material as most of you got to see it.

We want to remind you all that we will be open tomorrow, Saturday September 3rd, regular hours (9:30 am to 1:00 pm PDT). However, we will be closed on Monday, September the 5th in observance to Labor Day. This may be a great opportunity for you to check out our Online Store for some neat pieces. We will be back at the shop on Tuesday, September 6th, regular business hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm PDT).

Black & White Ebony/Ziricote Walking Cane by John Butts
Customer John Butts from Northern California recently dropped by the shop and showed us one of his recent pieces.
We remember selling John this piece of Black & White Ebony and we think he did a great job of displaying the amazing figure on his cane.
Black & White Ebony is a tough one to find, especially in these longer lengths (36-40")
We still have a few dozen of these long pieces in stock which come in handy when 18" and 24" lengths just don't get the job done.
Black & White Ebony is definitely one of our personal favorites here at the shop.
The figure on Black & White Ebony is just amazing!
The Ziricote handle is a nice touch that contrast well with the Ebony.
Besides the longer lengths of Black and White Ebony (2" x 2" x 36"), we still have plenty of stock in the shorter lengths-
1.5" x 1.5" x 18"
2" x 2" x 18"
2" x 2" x 24"
If your interested in Ziricote, we have a plenty of that material in stock as well-including some hard to find billets.
