Leo stopped by the shop to show us two knives that he recently completed.
We were really interested to see how he liked working with some of the rare partridgewood we currently have in stock. As it's an extremely rare species that is a great dense alternative to ebony.
According to Leo, the partridgewood works great for knife handles because of its density, color and intricate grain. One of the densest woods in the world, partridgewood polishes very well and looks amazing once finished.
