We normally do not carry Mahogany but Mitch does makes some exceptions from time to time especially when we come across some stock that is just too nice to pass up.
About a year ago we came across about 500bf of some old Genuine Mahogany that had been stored since the 1950's.
All the stock measures 2" thick x 12"+ wide x 9'+ long, and did we mention alot of the stock is quarter sawn!!!

We have numerous people call us everyday asking about Mahogany and after we tell them about our old stock, they seem to always say "why don't you carry Guatmalan Mahognay, what's the difference?". Well alot, to say the least.
Click on this link to read the article which hopefully clarifies why this batch of Genuine Honduran Mahogany is so special.
*Also check out the picture in the article of Mitch standing next to his prized slab of Cuban Mahogany.
I think this one is in Louisville, Kentucky
This one was in Akron, Ohio

I think this one is way back in the late 80's in Philadelphia

If you are looking for length these next few are nice options. Very nice curly figure throughout the slabs. These particular pieces are alot blonder than most of the Rose Myrtle that we have in stock. If that pinkish-red hue isn't really what your looking for, these are good lighter-colored alternatives with the same great figure.
